Sanlax CollectionsV operates as a dropshipping store. This means we do not keep physical inventory — all orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers.

• International orders are processed through CJ Dropshipping (https://www.cjdropshipping.com/).

• Domestic orders (India) are processed through Deodap, Roposo Clout, Dropship, Dropdash, and other selected suppliers.

Our refunds and returns are subject to the policies of these suppliers. We follow their guidelines for all cases.

2. No Returns to Sanlax CollectionsV

• We do not accept returns directly to our address.

• All returns (if applicable) must follow the supplier’s return procedure.

• Please contact us at info@sanlaxcollectionsv.com within the allowed time frame so we can initiate the process with the supplier.

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery).

• The product received is incorrect compared to the order placed.

• The supplier confirms non-delivery due to their error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or natural disasters.

• Any import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s customs.

• Providing an incorrect or incomplete address at the time of order.

• Change of mind after the order is processed.

• Minor variations in color, size, or packaging due to manufacturing differences.

• Lost items caused by the shipping carrier or customs seizure (suppliers may handle such claims, but we cannot guarantee approval).

5. How to Request a Refund

2. Provide:

   • Your order number

   • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

   • Description of the problem

3. We will submit your case to the supplier.

4. Refunds will be processed only after supplier approval.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

• If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on the supplier and payment gateway.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the supplier supports them. In most cases, a replacement is sent for defective/incorrect items instead of an exchange.
